Did you know that CinemaCake can provide great solutions for your business? In 2022, we partnered with The Hickman (Friends Senior Community of West Chester) to produce a warm and engaging Identity Film promoting their unique approach to memory care and personal care living.

Objective:

• Create a welcoming and informative film for potential residents and their families—especially those exploring memory care options—by showcasing The Hickman’s core values, vibrant community, and resident experience.

Process:

• Meaningful Interviews: We interviewed both staff and residents to capture real voices and heartfelt reflections about life at The Hickman. These stories gave viewers an inside look at the people behind the care.
• On-Site Filming: All footage was captured at The Hickman in West Chester, PA. From cozy common areas to bright, updated amenities, every shot reinforced the comfort and quality of life offered on campus.
• Multi-Use Content: In addition to the full-length identity film, we created two short vignettes for use on social media and the organization’s website—ideal for engaging a wider audience quickly and effectively.

Results:

• Since its debut in 2022, the Identity Film has remained a key piece of The Hickman’s outreach strategy. It continues to be featured on their website, in email campaigns, and during early conversations with prospective families. As the facility evolves, the film has also been refreshed with updated visuals to keep it current and impactful.
